Just Art It is delighted to have Elena Santos in conversation with Sara Gallagher at Just Art It on Friday 2nd May 2025 from 7pm until 9pm to talk about the nature of the artist profession beyond the artwork, her creative process and the business side of the art world answered by someone who was able to turn their practice into a full time career. This evening event will be accompanied by an exhibition of Sara’s work, and the master class will follow in the morning on Saturday 3rd May from 11am until 4pm.
The master class will cover a practical demonstration of Sara’s hyperrealistic drawing techniques, suited for a graphite-only, from 11am to 1:30pm, followed by a critique/questions session, after lunch break, from 2:30 to 4pm, where attendees are welcome to bring one physical finished drawing to share with the group, to be reviewed by Sara with the aim of offering professional tips to improve their technique, and/or how to introduce Sara’s techniques in their practice.
