Our Teenager Drumming Club is perfect for learning the fundamentals of rhythm and drumming, discovering exciting grooves and urban beats from around the world, and for connecting with peers who share the same passion for music, in a safe and relaxed environment!
The teenagers will have full access to professional drums and instruments for an optimal learning experience, and the course caters for a small group of 6 teenagers to guarantee one to one tutoring. This is a wonderful opportunity for the teenagers to make new friends, learn and create together, and for opening new opportunities for their future.

Rhythm and grooves are a big part of Teenagers’ culture. They identify themselves in music styles and beats, it’s a great age to discover music!
We’ll meet once a week to learn drumming techniques, popular rhythms and urban beats. The students will have access to a variety of professional drums and instruments, and they will discover the fantastic world of percussion and drumming. They will learn to create and express themselves through rhythm, while connecting with other teenagers who share the same passion for music and drums.
Teenager Drumming Club is for 13+ year old children, and our Winter term runs for 11 weeks, from the 19th January until the 6th April. The classes are on Wednesdays from 4.30 to 5.30pm, for a maximum of 6 children per group. No class during the February mid-term break on 23rd February. Price is €165 per child. All drums are provided. The classes are tutored by Alan Preims, professional percussionist, composer and Garda vetted music teacher, in our new music room just beside Just Art It Creative Studio.
Please note that we understand that we are all aware of the uncertainty of times we are still living in at the moment, and due to the current situation classes might be discontinued, and terms and conditions will apply for our children’s classes too. We would like to kindly ask you to take precautions in protecting you and your loved ones, and to contribute that Just Art It students can keep attending classes in the studios. In our classes we keep safety distance, wash our hands and wear a face mask for the duration of the class.
